DLB Goalie Academy Scholarship Application

In 2022, DLB Goalie Academy will be awarding the 9th annual DLB Goalie Academy Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior athlete who is pursuing a college education. This scholarship will be funded by the DLB Goalie Academy Golf Tournament being held August 14, 2022.  The amount of the Scholarship will be determined solely by the money raised by the DLB Goalie Academy Golf Tournament.

ELIGIBILITY:

To qualify, each student must fulfill the following requirements:

1. As of September 2021, the student must be a candidate for high school graduation in the spring of 2022.
2. Is attending either a college or university in the fall of 2022.
3. Be a varsity member of a high school athletic team during their graduation year.
4. Is active in non-athletic extra-curricular school and/or community activities.
5. Complete application form and all additional attachments.

APPLICATION:

Deadline for applications is June 24, 2022.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Late entries will not be considered.  All finalists will be notified before the 15th of July 2022
